Antoine Guillaud, President of International Management Solutions Inc. and a founding partner of International Attest Solutions LLC., is an Expert Comptable with more than 20 years of experience assisting foreign companies establish themselves in the US. Before founding International Management Solutions in 1998, Antoine was a partner at McGladrey & Pullen in Chicago, managing the International Services department.

Prior to his post in the US, Antoine worked in England for three years with Robson Rhodes, now part of Grant Thornton, and five years in Paris with Salustro Reydel, now part of KPMG. In addition to his distinguished career in the industry, Antoine Guillaud has served on the Board of Directors of the French American Chamber of Commerce in Chicago and Detroit and is a Conseiller du Commerce Exterieur de la France (Advisor to the National Committee on French Foreign Trade).

Michael serves as managing director of JSR Ltd and is responsible for all operational aspects of the firm. In addition to overseeing management and marketing efforts, Michael also oversees all technical aspects of the firm’s audit, tax and consulting areas. Michael joined the firm in 1998 after completing his accounting studies at College of DuPage. After earning his CPA in 2000, he was made partner in 2002, assuming the role of managing director in 2010.

In addition to his role at J.S. Richter, Ltd., Michael is also managing partner of International Attest Solutions, LLC (“IAS”) which he founded with partner Antoine Guillaud in 2009. IAS, also a CPA firm, provides similar services to J.S. Richter, Ltd. for US subsidiaries of French owned companies.

Prior to working at J.S. Richter, Michael spent 11 years working as an engineer, after earning his bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan in 1987. During his career as an engineer, Michael gained extensive expertise in the area of machine tools working for Dörries-Scharmann (now DST Technologies) and later as controls engineering manager for Reichel & Drews (RDI Group) where he specialized in process automation and control design. Michael’s background in engineering, and particularly as a manager of a manufacturing company, allows him to understand his clients’ businesses much better as many of them are in similar industries. In addition, his technical knowledge and experience has been a driving force in advancing the modernization of the firm’s accounting and tax practices, utilizing advanced software and hardware technologies to allow our staff to perform more efficiently and give our clients better access to information.

Michael is a member of the AIPCA and the Illinois CPA society. In addition to his CPA certification, he also holds the CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) credential.

A founding partner of Exelmans audit et conseil, Stéphane began his career as an auditor with Deloitte before joining the Transaction Services department of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he managed many corporate acquisition and sale transactions for large groups (EDF, Pernod Ricard, Tech Data, SCA, Total, etc.) and investment funds. Stéphane is an Expert Comptable and statutory auditor with a DESS (Post graduate diploma) in Finance from Paris I University. He was elected to the Conseil Régional des Commissaires aux Comptes (CRCC)(Regional Association of Statutory Auditors) of Paris in 2010 and was elected to the Conseil National des Commissaires aux Comptes (CNCC) (National Association of Statutory Auditors) in 2015.

Stéphane is a member of the Transmission Committee of the Conseil Supérieur de l’Ordre des Experts Comptables and the Communications Committee of the CNCC.

Eric holds a DESS (Post graduate diploma) in Taxation and Asset Management from the ISG international business school. He was an auditor at Constantin, financial director at Finalion and secretary general at Finama Private Equity. Eric is an Expert Comptable and statutory auditor and contributes to all the firm’s lines of business.
